Our email provider confirmed the issue and has mitigated the issue. Now everything is working fine. But we will keep monitoring.
We identified that the problem is the connection between our email provider and us, and we contacted them and we are waiting for a response.
We've detected an issue affecting our Dashboard component and are actively investigating - and it seems to be correlated to our email provider
