Searcher functionality has returned to normal operation.

We've recovered most of the functionality and are currently monitoring the data recovery process to get all Searcher data available again. This may take some time but should not affect normal operation for our customers.

We have recovered most of the Searcher functionality and are continuing to work to recover all data. Some pages that are powered by the Searcher are also affected such as contacts, customer profiles and contact tracking. Manual customer profiles are not affected.

We've identified the cause for the issue and are working towards restoring Searcher functionality. For the time being, some searches may fail, be delayed or return incomplete results due to a partial outage affecting our cluster.

Dialer operating normally.

Our call provider has implemented a fix and our tests have confirmed that calls are working once again. We will continue to monitor the situation.

Users attempting to make calls with the Amplemarket Chrome Extension v2.0.70 installed may not be able to do so due to a Microphone Permissions issue.

Users will see request to grant access to Microphone when it's already been given.

There's no known workaround yet, however a fix for the issue has been sent to the Google Chrome Marketplace and we are currently awaiting a review that will publish a new version that resolves this situation (v2.0.71).

Our estimate based on past experience is that the latest version should be available within 24h.

Searcher functionality has returned to normal operation.

This incident is affecting any attempts to perform Searching and that requires the use of Customer Profilers, including the ability to start sequences from a Customer profile.

Email processing is back to normal.

The backlog of email messages have mostly been processed, the delay went down from 8h to 1h. The process should be completed shortly.

Our change had the intended effect and email responses are now being processed. We'll continue to monitor the backlog of emails in the queue and mark as resolved when the delays are back to normal.
