On Saturday, September 16, between 8am - 10am UTC (4am - 6am EDT, 1am - 3am PDT), we will be conducting an intervention to our primary database that will impact some functionality.

During the intervention there will be a window of around 1 hour to 2 hours of user impact where:

• Users won’t be able to manually execute tasks and will see an error message
• New tasks scheduling will be paused and then resume after the intervention

This maintenance is essential to enhance the performance and maintainability of our services.
